LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD NAMED IN HONOR OF LISA YODER
A special award, the Lifetime Achievement Award, was awarded to and named in honor of the late Lisa Yoder, former Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Cummins. Yoder was an individual who consistently and passionately gave back to an industry she loved. She led with creativity and innovation, mentored and developed future generations of supply chain professionals, and delivered sustainable contributions throughout her career. Lisa was Cummins’ Vice President of Global Supply Chain through 2017 when she passed away from a long-fought battle with cancer. Throughout her tenure, she courageously led supply chain operations, which included Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, Trade Compliance, Environmental Management, and Health & Safety, for Cummins locations across the globe.
During her tenure leading the Supply Chain function at Cummins, Lisa successfully pulled each supply chain function and operation under one umbrella and established the strategy for the supply chain transformation in 2012. This was no small feat, as this transformation applied to 190 countries in which Cummins does business, thousands of employees and hundreds of processes. Lisa’s vision for a nearly 100-year-old company was instrumental in driving Cummins toward a transition to a centralized supply chain organization.
