“At BCforward, we recognize that winning strategies, products, and services require diversity of thought, perspectives, and contributions. Inclusion is a practice and commitment that we are proud to be a part of; and as the largest minority-owned IT Staffing and Professional Services company in Indiana, our diversity has been one of our key competitive advantages,” says Andrea Bartlett, Vice President of Digital Strategy at BCforward. “It is that reason that we continue to support the Central Indiana Supply Chain Awards.”
The partnering organizations, Mid-States MSDC and the Institute for Supply Management – Central Indiana (ISM – Central IN) both work to advocate on behalf of and provide training and development for supply chain and supplier diversity professionals in Central Indiana. Mid-States MSDC also provides services to diverse businesses to ensure their participation in corporate procurement opportunities.
“We are thrilled to provide these individuals with the recognition they deserve,” said Harold Wims, chair of ISM – Central IN. “CISCA is a wonderful way to spotlight the connective efforts and inclusion of the corporate supply chain in business.”
